Seperb LLC is an Innovation Technology Research Development Stage that holds a Provisional Patent Application in the U.S. for the development of “Liquiyarn,” Coating & Infused “Solutions,” and “3D Vacuum Mold” Knit Inline Lamination Manufacturing Applications.

 Attributes:

#1. Enhances coated/infused yarn performance levels of full-knit products.

#2. Allows 3D mold lamination of textiles to the knit panels at the factory level.

#3. Creates different knit end-use attributes, i.e. knit shell ski jackets., etc.

The “Liquiyarn” Coating Solution uses a Bio-Based or Biodegradable Polymer Resin, which is applied onto the yarn fiber surface area.

The “Liquiyarn” Duo Temperature Coated Yarn Composite is used as an adhesion/lamination/support surface or it is designed to create a Selectable Permeable to Semi-Permeable Barrier that enhances the performance level, features, and qualities of the final knit product. (Partial to full knit surface coverage).

The Seperb “Solution” uses a Biodegradable Performance Attribute Compound, which is Impregnated into the yarn surface area.

The Seperb “Solution” enhances the performance levels, features, and qualities of the final knit textile product. Duo or Multiple Infused Plaiting NFC Yarns (Knit Mapping) create different Solution Attributes within the knit product. (Partial to full knit surface coverage).

Seperb “3D Vacuum Mold” Application is designed to allow an inline lamination of interior textile fabric composites onto a 3D Full/Whole Garment Knit Product using the “Liquiyarn” adhesion/lamination surface yarns.

Additional types of Seperb “Biodegradable “Solution” Attribute Compounds are available to meet the required product specifications.

Additional types of NFC threads, yarn types, deniers, and naturally dyed colors are available to meet the required specifications.
